My space.


This is not a Covid-19 post even if the message is up to our current times.

This is about the fact that despite of our family situation, marital status, fatherhood, motherhood, leadership or whatever position that we have related to human interactions, we are individual beings.

It is healthy to spend some time alone, to reflect, to meditate, to do things that give us personal pleasure without involving others. The excess of dependence as same as of over dedication to others or to certain activities, are proven to be the base of mental health disorders, burnout, stress.

Don’t be over controlling, nor dependent, nor extra accommodating. Breath and make time for yourself and also don’t patronize other peoples time nor suffocate others demanding their constant attention.

We all need our space ( Covid and not Covid speaking) 😘
