My space.


This is not a Covid-19 post, even if the message is up to our current times.

This is about the fact that despite our family situation, marital status, fatherhood, motherhood, leadership or whatever position that we have related to human interactions, we are individual beings.

It is healthy to spend some time alone, reflect, meditate, and do things that give us personal pleasure without involving others. The excess of dependence, as same as over dedication to others or specific activities, are proven to be the basis of mental health disorders, burnout, stress.

Don’t be over-controlling, nor dependent, nor extra accommodating. Breathe and make time for yourself, and also don’t patronise other peoples time nor suffocate others demanding their constant attention.

We all need respect for our space ( Covid and not Covid speaking). 😘
